On 18-21 May of 2016 Saint-Petersburg will become the legal capital of the world. The Forum annually brings together heads of the leading legal firms, chief legal officers from major companies, judges, representatives of state regulators, international organizations and legal schools from over 80 countries.

In 2015 St. Petersburg International Legal Forum will take place on 27-30 May. The agenda of the anniversary Forum comprises urgent matters concerning interests of legal community and businesses, as well as crucial social issues.

Pepeliaev Group and Legal Insight magazine together held an ‘aperitif’ devoted to: “Antimonopoly Compliance: an innovative system for managing antimonopoly risks and reducing the extent of liability.” The event took place on 20 June in the context of the St Petersburg International Legal Forum.

The business lunch ‘Antimonopoly Regulation: Challenges of a New Time’ must be spoken of as one of the most high-profile events at the III St Petersburg International Legal Forum (16 May 2013), as well as one of the most distinctive in terms of its form. The event was arranged by law firm Pepeliaev Group with the support of journal ‘Competition and Law’.

On 5 April 2012 in the Congress Centre of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the II International ‘Competition and Law’ Forum took place. The event was organised by the editorial staff of the journal ‘Competition and Law’ and Statute School of Law, supported by the Russian Chamber of Commerce and law firm Pepeliaev Group.

At the ‘M&A Trends 2012’ conference, held on 31 May 2012 by newspaper The Moscow Times, participants gathered to discuss the latest events on the young Russian M&A market, to share experience and forecast the growth trajectory in the M&A sector over the coming years.
